Few Quizes That Test If you Are Stressed

Today I found that there are quizes which help you to determine if you are stressed and they are:
  1. Are you feeling worried frequently and always talk to your self negatively?
  2. Do you find hard to concentrate?
  3. Are you easily getting mad or have drastic reaction?
  4. Are you suffered from neck or headaches constantly?
  5. Do you grind your teeth?
  6. Are you always  feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed?
  7. Do you feed your stress with unhealthy habits-eating or drinking excessively, smoking, arguing, or avoiding yourself and life in other ways?
  8. Do small pleasures fail to satisfy you?
  9. Do you experience flashes of anger over a minor problem?
